You are given the infrared spectrum, mass spectrum, 1H NMR spectrum and 13C NMR spectrum for an unknown molecule Q01 with an empirical formula C2H4O to help deduce the identity and molecular structure of the molecule.

Spectra tables in your text book will help.

Integer relative isotopic masses that may be needed include:

H = 1, C = 12, N = 14, O = 16, Cl = 35/37, Br = 79/81 and I = 127
